The national hub lists LIHWAP for water/sewer in 48 states and LIHEAP for electric in all 50. My friend in Erie applied for PA water, then Columbus electric on the same afternoon. Need two bills, two IDs, 30-day income. The portal has a “multi-state” button that saves your docs: https://www.utilityassistance.org – upload once, reuse for each state. PA credited $420 water, OH gave $180 electric grant. Both posted in 12 days
